RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Adorn Pattern Design is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced specific to each customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on printed paper items or gift cards. Returns and exchanges are not supported.

DAMAGE  ISSUES; WITHIN 30 DAYS:

IN THE CASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT OR A MANUFACTURING ERROR, OUR PARTNER OFFERS A FREE REPRINT OR REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
  • If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
  • We may be able to work with our manufacturer (5-10 business day process to issue a REPRINT/REFUND to your account, but there are various criteria that must be met.

    -Name
    -Order #
    -Provide a clear photo showing the damage issue
    -Details of damage issue
  • If your return is accepted - We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will notify you via email, once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at adornpatterndesign@gmail.com.

Adorn Pattern Design will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
